Researching a publishing house like Bauer gives me an idea of what goes on behind editing and making a magazine. which helps me understand how i need to distribute my magazine and how and they will. also the kind of distributor matters because some of them do not specialize in some genres. The type of distributor i choose will have to sell magazines that are my kind of music genre, only then will my magazine sell at it's highest peak.
